Do attendees need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR, the captions page opens in their browser, they pick a language. That's it. No login, no app, no permissions prompt.
Which languages are supported?
40+ at launch, including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, and Hindi. Full list in the docs.
How accurate are the captions?
Accuracy holds well for clear speech with a decent mic. Domain glossaries (names, products, jargon) noticeably improve technical talks — included on Growth and Pro.
Can pricing flex for one-off events or seasonal use?
Yes. Run a single month and cancel — no annual commitment. For very large or recurring programs, get in touch and we'll work out a fit.
What about GDPR and data residency?
All processing runs in EU regions by default. Standard DPA available on every plan; signed DPA on Pro. We don't sell or share session content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
